Description
We're recruiting on behalf of a U.S. technology company looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their growing engineering team. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to own meaningful technical decisions, not just execute tickets.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend services
- Lead code reviews and mentor other engineers
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams
- Contribute to architectural decisions as the platform scales
- Debug and resolve complex production issues across the stack
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Solid grounding in data structures and system design
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with real ownership over technical decisions
