Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the ICU
- Monitor patient vitals and administer medications
- Collaborate with physicians on treatment plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Mentor and train new nursing staff
Requirements
- Active RN license in Texas
- 2+ years ICU or critical care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- BSN preferred
