U.S. technology company is building internal tools and shared systems that other engineering teams rely on daily. They need a Software Engineer who enjoys building the foundation others build on top of.
Responsibilities
- Build internal tools and shared libraries used across engineering teams
- Improve developer experience and reduce friction in day-to-day workflows
- Maintain and evolve core services that underpin multiple products
- Write clear documentation so other teams can self-serve
- Identify recurring pain points across teams and build lasting solutions
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience building tools, libraries, or services consumed by other engineers
- Strong software design instincts — this role rewards long-term thinking
- Comfortable working without constant direct user-facing feedback
- Clear written communication — documentation is part of the job
